The Conference hotel for 2010 is the Pacific Beach Hotel, 2490 Kalakaua Avenue, Honolulu, HI.  Rate is $129.00/night plus 13.962% state and local taxes (1-2 people per room).  An additional two people per room may be accommodated for a charge of $40.00 for a rollaway bed.

VISAWUS has reserved 70 rooms for the nights of 10/27-10/30 (leaving 10/31).  Rooms not reserved by September 13 will be returned to the hotel, and any reservations made after Sept. 13 will be subject to availability.

Pre and post stays are subject to room availability.  Attendees planning to come early or stay late should make those arrangements as part of their conference reservations.  The hotel will make an effort to rent available rooms at the conference rate for early and/or late stays.   

The hotel will require a minimum payment of at least one night’s room and tax by the reservation deadline of 9/13.  Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before the reservation, or at least one night’s room and tax will be charged.
